Natural Colon Cleanse Recipe



In today’s mainstream society, having a squeaky clean colon is no longer just a health matter. The act of colon cleansing has now become in vogue and has developed into a bodily staple the way the little black dress is a closet fundamental.

Lemon Ginger Drink: This beverage requires boiling water, freshly grated ginger, and freshly squeezed lemon juice. To make it, all you have to do is add ¼ cup of lemon juice and one teaspoon of the grated ginger to boiling and the drink is all set.


Papaya Flaxseed Smoothie: The necessary ingredients for this drink are: ½ of a ripe papaya cut into small pieces, ½ of a ripe banana, two tablespoons of flaxseed meal, and two cups of water. Put all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until it is the consistency of a smoothie.


Honey Apple Cider Vinegar Beverage: For this recipe, take one teaspoon of honey and mix it with one tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice, plus one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar. Then, add this mixture to a mug of boiling water and the drink is ready to be served.


Raw Colon Cleanse Soup: To make this soup, you will need, ½ a teaspoon of lemon juice, two avocados, three cucumbers that have been peeled, seeded, and diced, two cups of vegetable stock, half of a diced onion, three roasted garlic cloves, one tablespoon of cilantro, one tablespoon of parsley, and one seeded and diced jalapeno pepper. This raw soup will be ready for consumption by either pureeing all of the ingredients together or just mixing them.


While all of these colon cleansing recipes are advantageous for removing waste and toxins from your colon, it is important to keep in mind that these recipes may not be suited for everyone.
